Chris Vanderpool won Week 16 of the Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone 3 Wing Eating contest at the Maricopa Native New Yorker. Chris ate just over 2 and a half pounds of Medium Native Wings to claim victory in Maricopa. Steve Scott won Week 15 of the Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone 3 Wing Eating contest at the Mesa Brown Native New Yorker. Scott ate three pounds to claim the win and now is second to two-time defending champion Colin Gardner with the overall lead with the most weight consumed this season (3.0 to 3.2lbs).
