Roc and Manuch will be broadcasting live at the Native New Yorker this Wednesday from 3PM-6PM. Immediately following the broadcast will be registration for our Battle of the Bone competition of 2010! Listen to 98 KUPD for any interesting challenges from the morning guys!

The Valley’s premier wing eating competition runs every Wednesday from now through August at a different Native New Yorker in Arizona. 2010’s Grand prize is a Harley Davidson from Chandler Harley Davidson and the runner up wins a pair of 2011 Arizona Diamondback season tickets.

To qualify for the finale, Saturday, August 28, just win a weekly Native New Yorker location Battle of the Bone Contest by eating the most “medium” Native New Yorker chicken wings in 10 minutes and 60 seconds.

This season’s Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone is brought to you by Chandler Harley Davidson, Bud Light, Arizona Diamondbacks, Xyience Energy Drinks, Fox Sports Arizona, Fanster.com, 98 KUPD and The Fan AM 1060.

Chris Vanderpool won Week 16 of the Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone 3 Wing Eating contest at the Maricopa Native New Yorker. Chris ate just over 2 and a half pounds of Medium Native Wings to claim victory in Maricopa. Steve Scott Takes Native at Mesa Brown!

Steve Scott won Week 15 of the Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone 3 Wing Eating contest at the Mesa Brown Native New Yorker. Scott ate three pounds to claim the win and now is second to two-time defending champion Colin Gardner with the overall lead with the most weight consumed this season (3.0 to 3.2lbs). He now heads to the Finale at Chandler Harley Davidson on Saturday, August 28th.

Contestants can now register online at BattleOfTheBone3.com for their chance to participate in Native New Yorker’s Battle of the Bone 3! BOTB 3 is bigger and better with over $15,000 in prizes!

Grand prizes include a Harley Davidson and 2011 Arizona Diamondbacks season tickets. Starting March 3rd, a Battle of the Bone chicken wing eating contest will take place every Wednesday night at a featured Native New Yorker location. Each weekly winner will advance to the finale on August 21st. The weekly winner’s will battle it out at the finale which will be held at Chandler Harley Davidson to determine the 2010 Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone 3 Champion!
